The EvilGSP 12 Step Program or The Steps For a Walkout Squat:

  1. Square up to the bar

  2. Grasp the bar in YOUR predetermined position

  3. Dip the head under the bar and position on the back

  4. Position the feet TOGETHER and DIRECTLY under the bar

  5. Fill the chest with air and perform the un-rack (1/4 squat)

  6. Achieve motionlessness

  7. Step back with the least amount of motion needed to safely achieve foot position and rack clearance

  8. Achieve motionlessness

  9. Position head neutral (not looking up or down)

  10. Fill the chest with air

  11. Forcibly draw the elbows "down" into line with the torso

  12. Exaggerator lardosis (aka "pooch out your ass")

You are now prepared to squat!
